Brasayleña prepares three openings in shopping centers this fall. The chain specialized in Brazilian rodizio resumes its expansion plan. The restaurants will be in Vialia (Vigo), Oasiz (Madrid) and Garbera (San Sebastián).
Rodizio Brasayleña’s restaurant chain will open three new restaurants between September and November in two newly created shopping centers: Vialia de Vigo, Garbera in San Sebastián and in the innovative Oasiz in Madrid.
With these openings, Brasayleña plans to conclude the 2021 financial year with 27 operating restaurants -16 of them in Madrid-; 23 of them own and another four operating under a franchise regime, those located in La Coruña, Pontevedra, Murcia and Seville.
Brasayleña has allocated an investment of 5.5 million euros for its 2021-2022 expansion plan, which has also contemplated the launch of its home service through a collaboration agreement with a dark kitchen company. Thanks to this new line, the company plans to increase the profitability of its chain.
This initiative will expand the chain’s coverage outside its establishments, a service that, thanks to its agreement with the main delivery platforms in the country -Deliveroo, Glovo and Uber Eats- have allowed sales to increase by 20% since the start of the pandemic.
To cover all this activity, Brasayleña has a workforce of close to 600 employees, with a team in its focus increasingly expert in new technologies, and plans to conclude the 2021 financial year reaching the figures prior to March 2020.
“From now on, we are going to work more for and for clients, we have a high demand for requests for openings in different locations in Spain where we did not have a presence and we are going to work to grow this very differentiating model in the catering market “, affirms Emilio Lefort, director of Expansión, Franchises and RRII.
